Dr. Kemal Davaslioglu received the B.S. degree from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2008 and the M.S. degree from Bogazici University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2010, both in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Irvine, CA, USA, in 2015. He has held internships at Broadcom Corp., Irvine, CA, USA, working on 10-Gigabit Ethernet systems from 2011 to 2012, and on 60 GHz system design and channel characterization in 2015. In 2016, he was a postdoctoral scholar in the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL, where he was affiliated with innovations in Wireless Information Networking Lab (iWINLAB). Since 2017, he works at Intelligent Automation Inc., Rockville, MD. His research interests are on the machine learning and resource allocation in wireless networks, green communications, signal processing for wireless communications, and ultra-wideband communications.
